Nadieshta specialises in the practical operational aspects of business and has a particular interest in areas such as organisational arrangements, practical implementation of projects. She further specialises in event management, from conceptualisation to final execution of project.
She has planned, managed and executed large project for the Social Security Commission (SSC) through UHC’s preferred partner, Jezreel Communications and Events which included a 270-person team building weekend, a four-in-one launch event as well as other events.
She also served as the event manager for the ECN’s National Elections 2014 branding and event management portfolio.
Nadieshta was also the event manager for the “Village” – a unique concept aimed at raising awareness on HIV/Aids during the Namibia Aids Conference 2016, in Swakopmund during December 2016.
